What is PRISMA?

PRISMA is an experiential workshop for groups that integrates somatic training and trauma healing. PRISMA empowers you to serve others with greater resonance, compassion, and effectiveness by providing new tools and a depth of embodied presence.

PRISMA is a training ground and healing modality for the body, mind, and heart. Throughout the group journey, you will learn practices to increase your attention, adaptability, and competence while discovering areas ripe for self-growth. These modalities address traumas and bring healing, unlocking the clarity within yourself.

If you are a team leader, part of an organization or community and are interested in hosting a PRISMA experience tailored to the needs of your group, please book a discovery call.

PRISMA events are hosted by organizations, communities or team leaders for their own curated groups. PRISMA is then tailored to meet the needs of the specific environment, be it a community organization, group of c-suite executives, management teams, women’s groups, men’s circles, etc.

How do you react when faced with conflict? What defense mechanisms – visible and invisible - are getting in the way? Do you notice ingrained patterns from family dynamics, childhood, or any unresolved emotional experiences?

In PRISMA, you will become more sensitive, responsive, and aware– of yourself, others, and the world around you. After the workshop, you will feel renewed and inspired to better engage life with more confidence, ease, efficacy, and joy.

The PRISMA Workshop is intentionally designed to provoke, meet and rework unconscious patterns to enable you to expand your capacity, flexibility, and creativity. In the PRISMA process, you become the author of your own story. The Workshop is a somatic and kinesthetic real-time exploration and discovery of ourselves. We place intense focus on the spontaneous and dynamic movement of all the things that show up in our bodies when we show up to do the work. PRISMA is, first and foremost, an experiential and participatory learning experience. You develop new neural and somatic pathways to trust your edge to help you grow instead of repeatedly collapsing internally to defend your status quo.

The more you increase your embodied presence and capacity with others, the more you can hear what is being communicated– in turn, allowing you to meet others where they are. Your presence and receptivity increase to integrate new ways of being–  fostering curiosity and creativity with the world around you. PRISMA helps you cut through challenges, and respond with presence to the complexities of life. Navigating life becomes an art form, a dance, an orchestra of creative self-expression filled with love, compassion, and joy.

  • “I am struck by the elegantly designed balance of structure and spirituality. Rooted in trauma-informed modalities grounding the participants in values of safety, consent, and agency, the facilitators foster an environment that recognizes the sanctity of bringing one’s authentic vulnerability to the group. It has left me feeling more connected to my humanity and more capable of living in service to my healing and its relationship to the healing of others.”
